Finland’s Supreme Court has found a prominent politician guilty of defaming Islam for “Islamophobic” comments he made on his personal blog.
The ruling represents a major setback for free speech in a Europe that is becoming increasingly stifled by politically correct restrictions on free speech, particularly on issues related to Islam and Muslim immigration.
The Helsinki-based Supreme Court ruled on June 8 that Finns Party MP Jussi Kristian Halla-aho was guilty of “inciting hatred against an ethnic group” for blog posts he made in 2008 which compared Islam to paedophilia, and for sarcastic comments which insinuated that immigrants from Somalia are predisposed to stealing and living off welfare.

“In the past two weeks, security forces have reportedly arrested four journalists,” the U.S. State Department said in a statement, “including Shahram Manouchehri, Sahamedin Bourghani, Parastoo Dokouhaki, and Marzieh Rasouli, and Iranian courts confirmed death sentences for bloggers Saeed Malekpour and Vahid Asghari, both of whom were not accorded due process and now face imminent execution on charges of ‘spreading corruption.’”

Convicted terrorist bomber and perjurer Brett Kimberlin is free while one of his many harassment victims remains under a judicial gag order for the crime of writing about Kimberlin’s violent criminal history. It’s a bizarre situation, as I reported on “The Source” TV show with Ezra Levant.
Kimberlin and his cadre of cyber-stalkers try to bully conservative bloggers into silence. They post personal information and home addresses of their targets to send the message that “we know where you live.”

Swatting is an attempt to trick an emergency service (such as a 9-1-1 dispatcher) into dispatching an emergency response team, usually by spoofing phone numbers over a VOIP system. The name is derived from SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics), one type of such team. Such action places law enforcement and citizens at risk and are criminal actions. In addition it reduces law enforcement officer (LEO) coverage and costs taxpayer money.

Theresa May yesterday declared war on judges who refuse to deport foreign criminals because of their human rights.
The Home Secretary said the courts should stop allowing overseas prisoners, law-breakers and illegal immigrants to stay in Britain on the grounds that they have a right to a family life.
She promised a vote in Parliament to ram home to judges ‘what the public believe’ and persuade them ‘to take into account what Parliament has said’.

With the conviction of nine men for organised sexual crimes from rape to sex trafficking, the full horrific details of more than two decades of sexual violence against young, predominantly white girls living in children’s homes in the north of England have been revealed.
The gang lured an officially estimated 47 girls (the figure may well be higher) aged 12 to 16 with gifts, alcohol and drugs before passing them around to have sex ‘with several men a day, several times a week’ in flats, houses, cars, taxis and kebab shops.
After phone calls inviting them to come and have sex with a girl, men would turn up to do so by the taxi-load. One 13 year-old was forced to have sex with 20 men in one night.

It recently emerged that British police had known for more than a decade that Muslim rape gangs were targeting young girls, but they ignored the evidence of rapes because “they were petrified of being called racist.” Rather than acknowledge that there is a problem, Muslim groups have decided to play the victim card instead. They are working overtime trying to silence public discussion about Muslim sex crimes by branding critics as “far-right racists” and “Islamophobic.” Several of the men on trial in Liverpool apparently told their victims that it was all right for the girls to be passed around for sex with dozens of men “because it’s what we do in our country.”
Nine Muslim men belonging to a child-rape gang in northwestern England have received hefty prison sentences for trafficking and raping young British girls.
The three-month sexual grooming trial at a court in Liverpool, which ended on May 9, has drawn nationwide attention to the sexual abuse of children and women by Muslim immigrants, and British police are currently investigating at least 40 other cases of child rapes perpetrated by Muslims in northern England.

More than 140 Muslim gang members were arrested in Denmark after they tried to raid a courthouse where two fellow Muslims are being tried for attempted murder.
The Muslims — all members of criminal street gangs that have taken over large parts of Danish towns and cities — were wearing masks and bullet-proof vests and throwing rocks and bottles as they tried to force their way into the district courthouse in Glostrup, a heavily Islamized suburb of Copenhagen, on March 6.
Police used batons and pepper spray to fend off the gang members, who were armed with an arsenal of 20 different types of weapons, including crowbars, darts, hammers, knives, screwdrivers and wooden clubs.

Meanwhile, CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC and CNN have all reported the Kashgari story, clueing in their viewers on how far totalitarian Islam, Saudi style, will go to exert its control over the human spirit. Today was supposed to be a meeting of EU Finance ministers to push through the bailout of Papademos’ technocrat led government in Greece. This decision cam after the Greek parliament already passed brutal new austerity measures and privatization plans while their people were outside rioting and burning the center of the ancient city to ashes, including the historic Attikon theater to the ground. The violence perpetrated against the protestors as well as the violence perpetrated by the protestors was extreme, and Papademos stated in Parliament that such violence “has no place in a democracy.” Unfortunately, Greece has ceased to be a democracy according to Nigel Farage. He gave a speech before the European Parliament this morning, where he took the TROIKA to task for acting like an imperial power, pressing its boot on the throat of the Greek people. The TROIKA meanwhile, has told Greek “leaders” that it needs more assurances from them. Antonis Samaras for one, has been backpedaling ever since the referendum call made by George Papandreou late last year, and his latest attempt to straddle the lines of public opinion and troika financing ruffled some feathers with his creditors. He was forced afterwards to write a letter to them committing himself to the recent memorandum after alarming eurozone leaders when he said he may seek to renegotiate the terms of the bailout after the next elections in the spring. And adding insult to injury, German finance minister Wolfgang Schauble said in a radio interview that nothing short of a technocratic government like that of Monti’s may be required to stem the crisis in Greece.
So what is going on here? What are these Greek politicians doing? What are they thinking? We have been so used to politicians always doing what is in their electoral interests — making sure, first and foremost, that they get reelected — but now they are doing the opposite of this, and all this in the face of INTENSE political and physical pressure: literally. An angry mob recently chucked molotov cocktails at the residence of the Greek president, and as recently as this Sunday night, a mob of Greeks amassed beneath the apartment building of Kostas Simitis, the former Greek prime minister from the late 90′s and early 2000′s chanting traitor and urging him to come out and face their ire. And this social unrest has political consequences that go further than just the daily electoral grind. Recent polls in Greece show that not only are the major parties losing support, but the minor, fringe parties are gaining steam, including a far right-wing party known as New Dawn (ΧΡΥΣΗ ΑΥΓΗ) which is a hairs away from getting enough support to receive seats in parliament. Is there a risk that greek politics could indeed become radicalized in ways that will make a eurzone exit seem the least of the countries worries? And what about the possibility that all this rage towards the political class could lead to assassinations of leaders? Assassinations of politicians as we have seen not only in Europe before, but in Greece as well?

Police in Kuala Lumpur said Hamza Kashgari, 23, was detained at the airport “following a request made to us by Interpol” the international police cooperation agency, on behalf of the Saudi authorities.

The mainstream media, led by the New York Times, and the Islamic supremacist Hamas-linked hate group the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) are doing all they can to whip up a frenzy about the NYPD’s showing of a relatively tepid but accurate counter-terror film, The Third Jihad, to police officers.
Lost in the hysteria is the question of whether there is anything inaccurate or false in the film – yet those who are demanding apologies and reeducation from the NYPD have demonstrated not one inaccuracy in it. No one who is protesting against this film is going beyond the claim that it is “Islamophobic.”
Apparently the Taliban are softening, even allowing girls to get an education. Clearly this heralds an opening to the West, a heady indication that their most repressive days are past them, and that soon they will take their place among the free people of the earth. Soon they will be following the teachings of Naomi Wolf and Thomas Paine.
Yaroslav Trofimov, in a piece that ran Sunday in the Wall Street Journal, noted that Maulvi Qalamuddin, who headed the Committee to Protect Virtue and Prevent Vice back when the Taliban ruled Afghanistan, has completely changed his tune regarding the education of girls. Where once he oversaw the shutting-down, sometimes violently, of girls’ schools, now he says: “Education for women is just as necessary as education for men. In Islam, men and women have the same duty to pray, to fast–and to seek learning.”
Anyone who believes this, or believes that Maulvi Qalamuddin believes it, should contact me, as I have a lovely bridge to sell you. “War is deceit,” said Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, according to a famous hadith, and the Taliban are listening. But the Taliban are to be forgiven for thinking that this sort of thing would play well in Washington, for it very likely will. After all, Joe Biden is still the Vice President — the amiable dunce who recently said: “Look, the Taliban per se is not our enemy. That’s critical. There is not a single statement that the president has ever made in any of our policy assertions that the Taliban is our enemy because it threatens U.S. interests. If, in fact, the Taliban is able to collapse the existing government, which is cooperating with us in keeping the bad guys from being able to do damage to us, then that becomes a problem for us.”

The Conservative Party has proposed several measures to combat what is being described as a rape epidemic: more money for the police; more police in the streets and doing investigations; faster results from DNA tests; the introduction of volunteer auxiliary police. There is something to be said for these proposals. Policing in Norway is a scandal. This summer it was reported that police departments all over Norway were so short-handed that they were unequipped to deal with the armies of drunks staggering home from bars on weekends after closing time. It was also reported that only fourteen of 430 new graduates of Norway’s police academy had been offered jobs.

A growing Muslim enclave outside of the city is a hotbed of crime and Sharia.
Taken together, two seemingly unrelated news stories from Norway paint a grim picture of that city’s future.
First, you need to know that Oslo is a sprawling, low-lying city, more of a small-scale Los Angeles than a small-scale New York. Out on its eastern flank is a large valley called Groruddalen which, a few years ago, was a sleepy mishmash of industry and suburban apartment blocks. It is now quickly becoming an urban center all its own. It is said that if current trends continue, Groruddalen will, within a couple of decades, dwarf downtown Oslo itself as a population center.
One not-so-little detail: the reason for Groruddalen’s rapid growth is that it is a destination for new Muslim immigrants. Groruddalen is, in short, a Muslim enclave in the making.
The recent arrival in my mail of a book entitled Islam: Critical Essays about a Political Religion has prompted a number of thoughts. Edited by Sam and Wim van Rooy and published late last year, it is a massive compendium, just under 800 pages long. It is in Dutch. (The title is actually De Islam: Kritische Essays over een Politieke Religie.) And it is richly comprehensive, with thirty-four essays on such subjects as the Islamization of Europe, Islam in India, the term “Islamophobia,” jihad in Africa, dhimmitude, apostasy, the myth of Andalusia, taqiyya, Islam and the West, sharia law, Islam’s “fellow travelers,” Jews under Islam, Christians under Islam, Islam and women, Islam and slavery, Islam and fascism, and Islam vs. democracy.
I Danmark har vi alt til sharialoven hørende. Ligesom i Saudi Arabien, Iran og andre muslimske lande, har vi nu fået et mutaween, et religiøst politi.
Kommisionen for Dydens Fremme og Forebyggelse af Usædelighed, hedder fænomenet også. Og herboende muslimer har endda selv etableret denne ordenshåndhævelse:
Tre-fire salafister havde placeret sig foran Aldi, mens samme antal stod foran SuperBrugsen, hvor de forsøgte at indgyde supermarkedernes kunder deres meninger.
Og:
Jeg ved ikke i detaljer, hvad de har sagt til folk, men ifølge deres udmeldinger er de jo ikke meget for, at man for eksempel drikker øl og spiritus
Det siger en talsmand fra Københavns Politi i følge EkstraBladet. Det, der er mærkeligt er, at politiet fjernede disse repræsentanter fra det danske mutaween, der vogtede dyd ved Aldi og SuperBrugsen. Hvis man ikke vil have, at islamister opfører sig som islamister, hvad helgoland skulle de så importeres for? Nå, men disse wahabister har mere af samme slags i kjoleærmet:
En lille gruppe ekstremister vil indføre sharia-zoner i Danmark, hvor man vil patruljere døgnet rundt.
Og:
I sharia-zonerne skal der tages fat i folk, der drikker, spiller, går på diskotek og andet, som ifølge salafisterne strider mod islam.
Det skriver B.T., Jyllands-Posten og Berlingske Tidende. Det foregår altsammen i Tingbjerg i København. Snart får mutaween endda en jernring med zoner, betalingsmur og det hele. Det har den røde borgerrepræsentation sørget for at være dem behjælpelig med. Det kan jo holde en del vantro danskere ude af byen, ligesom en del vil vælge at fraflytte hovedstaden.
En talsmand for Muslimers Fællesråd siger:
Vi skal helt ned på folkeskoleniveau fokusere på, at det er vigtigt med demokratisk deltagelse
Det tror jeg så ikke lige på, at Muslimers Fællesråd gør. Der er så mange, der siger “vi skal”. Men de gør det ikke. Her er en til af slagsen:
Det er forkasteligt, at Det Islamiske Trossamfund på sin hjemmeside linker til en muslimsk datingside, der accepterer flerkoneri og opfordrer til social kontrol med unge muslimer.
Det mener Lars Aslan Rasmussen, socialordfører for Socialdemokraterne i Københavns Borgerrepræsentation.
Flerkoneri er da ellers ganske almindelig muslimsk praksis i indtil flere europæiske lande. Citatet stammer fra Jyllands-Posten, der videre skriver:
http://www. zawaj. dk understreger også, at det er i modstrid med islamiske regler at mødes med den anden part under fire øjne. Der skal ifølge hjemmesiden altid være en tredjepart med.
Igen: Helt almindelig muslimsk praksis. Det er en slags islamisk version af klassesamfundet. Måske er det konkurrencen, socialdemokraterne ikke kan lide? Forældre kan tilmelde deres børn mhp. arrangeret tvangsægteskab. Heller intet nyt der. Folkene bag zawaj siger i følge Berlingske Tidende, at det bare stammer fra en reklame, de har købt hos Islamisk Trossamfund. Jeg kan så ikke lige se, at det skulle gøre sagen bedre, at de ligefrem har betalt andre for at udbrede sharia.
Kriminelle, småpædofile imamer har vi også her i landet, – det kom frem i februar i år i Berlingske Tidende. En 15-årig dansk pige er ren kuvøseguf for imamer, ikke? Man skal da have noget ungt kød. Indbyggerne i Danmark skal ikke tro, at vi alle er lige for loven. Muslimer har deres egen lov og sådan er det.
“En mand i 20′erne” giftede sig med en 15-årig i en moske på Vibevej 16. Han skulle angiveligt være “koran-lærer”. Altså det, vi andre kalder imam. Søren Pind synes, den slags imamer skal udvises, skriver ovennævnte avis. Og fra en anden artikel samme sted:
Fem teenage-vielser er indtil videre blevet dokumenteret, senest to piger fra Kokkedal på henholdsvis 14 og 16, som blev viet ind i et ægteskab præget af social kontrol, vold og utroskab fra mandens side.

Jeg kan kun sige, at jeg er 100 pct. enig med Adnan Avdic og Omar Pedersen, der kalder til sharia (JP 16/10). Det behøver man ikke at være salafist for at gøre.
Enhver muslim med respekt for sin tro bør følge islams budskab og dens sharia. De, der kalder sig muslimer, og som ikke følger islams regler, ser vi mange af.

A Muslim group in Denmark has launched a campaign to turn parts of Copenhagen and other Danish cities into “Sharia Law Zones” that would function as autonomous enclaves ruled by Islamic law.
The Danish Islamist group Kaldet til Islam (Call to Islam) says the Tingbjerg suburb of Copenhagen will be the first part of Denmark to be subject to Sharia law, followed by the Nørrebro district of the capital and then other parts of the country, the center-right Jyllands-Posten newspaper reported on October 17.

Når muslimer er ofre for ligebehandling, bliver der som regel sagt fra. De vil ikke behandles som simple dhimmier. Talsmænd fra allehånde muslimske organisationer har været i den amerikanske halalpresse med beskyldninger om både dette og hint. Det gider jeg imidlertid ikke at dyrke, – jeg vil se video. Muslim Leaders Criticize Police Response to Scuffle
Muslim civil rights leaders have accused authorities of using excessive force after a New York amusement park’s restrictions on head coverings provoked a scuffle a day earlier that led to the arrest of 15 people. According to the New York Times {Article}, about 3,000 visitors from a Muslim tour group were at Playland Park in Rye, NY yesterday afternoon celebrating the end of Ramadan when a dispute erupted after women wearing traditional hijabs, or head scarves, were told they could not wear them on certain rides, for safety reasons. Park officials said that the women were offered admission refunds, but that an altercation ensued when a large group of visitors became agitated and began to argue among themselves and then with park officials, including two rangers who were hospitalized with injuries. Sean invited David Horowitz and Mike Ghouse to the program to discuss the controversy. Are the park’s restrictions on head coverings unfair or are they a necessary safety precaution?

In mosques or tearooms, Muslim elders dispense verdicts that keep their communities in line. They mediate between aggrieved immigrants, sometimes at the expense of German justice. Some say the arbitrations ease caseloads in court, but others see the creeping advance of Sharia law.
The men ambushed Fuat S. on the street, then locked him in a basement and tortured him. Fuat was later admitted to the hospital in Berlin’s Neukölln district with gaping wounds, contusions and broken bones.
Et klart mønster tegner sig. Konservative medier får etiketten ‘højreorienteret’, hvorimod venstreorienterede får ‘uafhængig’, ‘velanset’ eller ‘troværdig’.
